Duct Cleaning & Remediation Technicians.
Central Florida


​POSITION SUMMARY
Full time and part time positions available. We provide high quality air duct cleaning, exhaust cleaning, condenser coil cleaning, cooling tower cleaning and air filtration & sanitization. Preferred with strong technical knowledge of the commercial HVAC/Indoor Air Quality industry. Commercial work only.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide quality air duct cleaning in all types of ductworks.
  • Maintaining ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Condenser coil cleaning.
  • Cooling tower cleaning and air filtration & sanitization.
  • Keep all equipment and tools clean.
  • Maintaining jobsite cleanliness.​
​
QUALIFICATIONS
  • NADCA Certification a plus.
  • 2-5 years knowledge and work experience in commercial air duct cleaning is a plus.
  • Care for equipment and company vehicle.
  • Observe and adhere to industry and company safety protocols.
  • Complete required documentation for jobs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance), climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces and ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Must be able to travel locally and throughout the state when necessary.
  • Must communicate with middle management and coordinator/dispatch regarding customers, projects, scheduling, etc.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License, clean driving history and a reliable form of transportation. Qualified candidates may drive company van to and from jobsites.

POSITION SUMMARY:
​We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Estimator with a strong background in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products and services. You will be responsible for estimating project costs, generating sales leads, and closing deals to help drive our company's growth.​

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to secure new business.
  • Present and explain HVAC solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure project feasibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
